Trade has evolved much since ancient times and every since Adam Smith presented it in his book, The Wealth of Nations. The WTO emerged out of the failures and limitations of the ITO and the GATT, yet the trade scale is still much skewed. With the collapse of the Geneva talks in 2008, developing countries, especially the Least Developed countries are left with biased trade agreements. What should a trade development round be like?
